Here is his iPage Green Web Hosting review:
I signed up with iPage at the beginning of the year. I had switched from HostGator because I wasn't happy with the level of service I received from them.
I ran into a few snags with the switch from HostGator to iPage and called Customer Service to get some assistance. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience!!
Sandra not only solved our problem quickly, efficiently, pleasantly, and professionally, She took the time I needed to help me understand everything I needed to prevent this problem from happening again in the future. She also showed me how to fix it myself if I should have the problem again.
I would rate Sandra as a 1st class with highest rating representative. I was very impressed to have such a great person help me with my hosting problems. This just doesn't happen anymore!
If this is the type of service I can expect with iPage, I'll never go anywhere else.
