Here is his iPage Hosting review:
Everyone knows that the companies that stand out in our minds are the ones that we experience problems and issues with. It is not the problem that defines the memory we hold of that company, but the way each problem was handled.
iPage stands out in my mind for having fantastic customer service!! Somehow my credit card got charged twice for my hosting package during the ordering process and as soon as I realized this, I gave iPage customer service a try over the phone. iPage not only took care of the overbilling immediately and were very friendly about it, but they were genuinly apologetic about the situation.
Then a few days later I received a card in the mail again apologizing for the double billing. It just showed me that as an iPage customer, I am more than just a number. They know their customers are the ones paying the bills and if they don't keep us happy they won't have any business!
I really like iPage as a company. They are also a Green Hosting company, which makes me feel like I'm doing my part to help save this world we live in, even if it only a small contribution.
